01:07 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PayPal Holdings ( PYPL ) said Thursday that Venmo and PayPal Zettle users in the US can now accept contactless card and digital wallet payments directly on their Apple ( AAPL ) iPhones through the Tap to Pay option.

The financial services company said the new feature securely expands non-cash payment options for merchants, helping them attract more customers and boost sales.

Participating merchants already include Saint Paul Spice Company and The Cheesecake Queen, Paypal ( PYPL ) said.
