PayPal, Logicbroker Collaborate to Provide Agentic Commerce Services to Merchants

12:34 PM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PayPal ( PYPL ) will provide agentic commerce services to merchants on Logicbroker's platform, including store sync and upcoming payment features, Logicbroker said Monday.

The partnership allows a single integration to connect merchants' catalogs, inventory, and fulfillment systems to multiple AI commerce channels while maintaining control over brand identity and customer relationships. It aims to help merchants make their product catalogs accessible across emerging AI-driven shopping channels with minimal technical effort.

The collaboration combines its commerce orchestration platform with PayPal's ( PYPL ) commerce infrastructure, including payments and fraud protection, to provide merchants with a streamlined approach to managing AI commerce transactions, according to the company.

Shares of PayPal ( PYPL ) were down 1.1% in recent trading.
