Paysafe Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline

07:17 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paysafe ( PSFE ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.34 per diluted share, down from $0.57 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.39.

Revenue for the quarter ended was $401 million, down from $417.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $404.5 million.

For 2025, the online payment company reaffirmed its adjusted EPS of $2.21 to $2.51 projection on revenue of $1.71 billion to $1.73 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $2.41 on $1.72 billion in revenue.
