Paysafe Shares Rise After Q2 Revenue Beat

10:35 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paysafe ( PSFE ) shares rose 9.5% in recent Tuesday trading after the company reported Q2 revenue that topped Wall Street estimates.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 fell to $428.2 million from $439.9 million a year earlier, the company said Tuesday.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $424.9 million.

Adjusted earnings fell to $0.46 per diluted share from $0.59 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.46.

The company reaffirmed 2025 guidance for adjusted EPS of $2.21 to $2.51 on revenue of $1.71 billion to $1.734 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $2.39 on revenue of $1.73 billion.
