09:34 AM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paysign ( PAYS ) said Tuesday that it has acquired Gamma Innovation's assets, expanding the company's capabilities in plasma donor and pharmaceutical patient engagement technologies.

No financial details were disclosed.

Paysign ( PAYS ) said key Gamma Innovation assets it acquired include a donor engagement application, donor management solutions, a customer resource management platform, and an existing contract with a Paysign ( PAYS ) customer.

Former Gamma Innovation managing member Michael Ngo was named as Paysign's ( PAYS ) chief innovation officer as part of the acquisition, according to the statement.
