PBF Energy Promotes Joseph Marino to CFO

04:44 PM EDT, 08/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PBF Energy ( PBF ) said Tuesday its Treasurer Joseph Marino has been promoted to chief financial officer, starting Oct. 1.

On that date, CFO Karen Davis will retire as an executive of the firm and rejoin the board, PBF said.

Marino has been PBF's Treasurer since 2020, the company said.
