PBF Energy Says Thomas Nimbley to Transition to Nonexecutive Chairman

04:28 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PBF Energy ( PBF ) said late Tuesday that Thomas Nimbley will retire as executive chairman, effective June 30.

Nimbley will become nonexecutive chairman, effective July 1, assuming his re-election, the company said.
