09:48 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PBF Energy ( PBF ) shares were down more than 5% in early Thursday trading after the company reported Q2 adjusted loss of $1.03 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.54 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $1.26 per share.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $7.48 billion, down from $8.74 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $6.97 billion.
The company said it expects full-year capital expenditures of $750 million to $775 million, which excludes costs tied to repairing a refinery that was damaged in February.
The company said it will distribute an unchanged quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, payable Aug. 28 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 14.
Shares were down 6% in recent early trading.
