PDF Solutions Q4 Earnings, Revenue Increase

04:23 PM EST, 02/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PDF Solutions ( PDFS ) reported Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Thursday of $0.30 per share, up from $0.25 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $62.4 million, up from $50.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $62.0 million.

The firm said it expects full-year 2026 revenue to grow consistent with its 20% long-term revenue growth target.
