Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Planning $350 Million Senior Notes Offering

10:33 AM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pebblebrook Hotel Trust ( PEB ) said Monday that its operating partnership Pebblebrook Hotel ( PEB ) and the partnership's PEB Finance subsidiary are planning a private placement of $350 million of senior notes due 2029.

Proceeds will be used to repay the operating partnership's unsecured term loans and/or repurchase a portion of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust's ( PEB ) convertible senior notes, the company said.

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust ( PEB ) shares were 1.4% lower in recent trading.

Price: 14.15, Change: -0.17, Percent Change: -1.15
