03:44 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pegasystems ( PEGA ) will replace Nordstrom ( JWN ) in the S&P MidCap 400, effective prior to the opening of trading on Thursday, S&P Global Research (SPGI) said Monday.

The change is taking place because the Nordstrom ( JWN ) family and El Puerto de Liverpool are acquiring Nordstrom ( JWN ) and taking it private in a deal expected to be completed Tuesday, the indexing and research firm said.
