12:59 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pelangio Exploration ( PGXPF ) on Wednesday said it upsized a non-brokered private placement of share units to $4.5 million from $4 million.

The units will be priced at $0.18 each and consist of one share and half a two-year warrant to buy a share at $0.31.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and general corporate purposes.

Pelangio shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.225 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
