Pembina Gets Canadian Regulator Approval for Proposed Acquisition of Enbridge's Interest in Alliance/Aux Sable

10:29 AM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pembina Pipeline ( PBA ) said Tuesday it has received approval from the Canadian Competition Bureau for the proposed takeover by Pembina of Enbridge's interest in the Alliance, Aux Sable, and NRGreen joint ventures.

The company intends to complete the transaction on April 1.
