11:22 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Penguin Solutions ( PENG ) brand Cree LED said Wednesday it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Promier Products, which does business as LitezAll, and Tractor Supply (TSCO), in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Cree LED said Promier Products and Tractor Supply have infringed its rights in six patents by selling certain portable lighting products.
