10:26 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Penguin Solutions' ( PENG ) Cree LED brand said Wednesday it has reached a settlement with ADJ Products to resolve a patent infringement dispute involving Cree LED's patents related to components commonly used in LED displays.

As part of the settlement, Cree LED granted ADJ a limited license to certain of its patents covering LED components, the company said.

Further details of the settlement were not disclosed.
