03:04 PM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Penguin Solutions' ( PENG ) CreeLED unit said Thursday it filed a lawsuit claiming sales of certain display devices by ADJ Products infringed its patented rights.

The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, according to CreeLED.

ADJ did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of Penguin Solutions ( PENG ) were down 3.3% in recent trading.
