PENN Entertainment to Repurchase $233.5 Million 2.75% Senior Notes Due 2026

10:33 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PENN Entertainment ( PENN ) said Friday that it will repurchase about $233.5 million of its outstanding 2.75% convertible senior notes due 2026.

The company said the amount was determined based on a averaging period from Monday to Wednesday and includes the notes' accrued and unpaid interest.

PENN Entertainment ( PENN ) expects to cancel about 9.6 million common shares that were associated with the notes and said it will have $106.7 million in aggregate principal amount of the convertible senior notes outstanding after the buyback.
