Pennant Group Expands Footprint in Idaho, Texas With Three Senior Living Acquisitions

04:14 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pennant Group ( PNTG ) said it acquired three senior living facilities in Idaho and Texas, expanding its national footprint by 188 units in "key" markets, effective Feb. 1.

The company said the acquisition in Idaho is subject to a triple net lease with the option to purchase, and the two Texas facilities are subject to a long-term, triple net lease.

The company did not disclose the deal's financial details in a statement late Monday.
