04:20 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PennantPark Floating Rate Capital ( PFLT ) said late Tuesday it acquired $250 million of assets, including from TSO Puma, an affiliate of Towerbrook Capital Partners.

The company said it acquired the assets at the latest fair market value, which will be accretive to its quarterly net investment income by around $0.02 per share.

The portfolio was distributed in connection with the winding down of PennantPark-TSO Senior Loan Fund, according to a statement.
