10:44 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PennantPark Floating Rate Capital ( PFLT ) said Thursday it is expanding its investment in PennantPark Senior Secured Loan Fund I LLC, helping the joint venture expand its total investment capacity by nearly $500 million to $1.5 billion.

The joint-venture partners agreed to pump an additional $100 million of capital into the partnership that targets the core middle market and has been generating "strong" returns since it was established seven years ago, the company said.
