PennyMac Financial Services Plans Private $650 Million Senior Notes Offering

10:21 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PennyMac Financial Services ( PFSI ) said Wednesday it plans to offer $650 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034 in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers.

The offering is subject to market conditions and PennyMac said proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under its facilities and for general corporate purposes.
