03:56 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust ( PMT ) said late Tuesday it has priced a public offering of $150 million worth of 9.00% senior notes due 2030.

The company said it granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $22.5 million worth of additional notes.

The company plans to use net proceeds from the offering to fund its business and investment activities.

The offering is expected to close on Feb. 11.
