Penske Automotive Buys Bill Brown Ford

07:28 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Penske Automotive Group ( PAG ) said Tuesday it has acquired Bill Brown Ford in southeastern Michigan.

The deal will likely add roughly $550 million worth of annualized revenue, the company said.

The transaction involves the acquisition of more than 200,000 square feet of existing facilities across 29 acres, including a collision center and a fleet maintenance center, Penske Automotive ( PAG ) added.
