Penske Automotive Group to Expand Retail Automotive Operations Into Australia

05:13 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Penske Automotive Group ( PAG ) said Monday it plans to acquire two Porsche dealerships and a Ducati motorcycle dealership in Melbourne to expand its retail automotive operations into Australia.

The acquisitions of Porsche Centre Brighton, Porsche Centre Doncaster and Ducati Melbourne West are expected to close in Q2.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
