03:51 PM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Penske Automotive Group ( PAG ) subsidiary Premier Truck Group said Monday it acquired River States Truck and Trailer.

The acquisition is expected to add $200 million of estimated annualized revenue with five locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Premier Truck said.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
