Penske Raises Dividend, Adds Securities Repurchase Plan

04:40 PM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Penske Automotive ( PAG ) said Wednesday that it has raised its quarterly dividend to $1.26 per share, payable June 3 to holders of record May 27.

The company said its board also approved an additional $250 million in securities repurchase authorization, bringing the total repurchase authorization to $295.8 million.
