Pentair Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Adjusted Earnings Outlook Raised

07:26 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pentair ( PNR ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.24 per diluted share, up from $1.09 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.13.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.02 billion, up from $993.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.01 billion.

For Q4, Pentair ( PNR ) expects adjusted earnings of $1.11 to $1.16 per share. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.11.

The company now expects 2025 adjusted earnings of $4.85 to $4.90 per share, compared with its prior outlook of $4.75 to $4.85 per share. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.63.
