Penumbra Launches US FDA-Cleared Ruby XL Coil System

09:46 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Penumbra (PEN) said Thursday that it has received US Food and Drug Administration clearance and has launched the Ruby XL System, a new coil platform for vascular embolization procedures.

The company said the products are intended to help physicians reduce radiation exposure while also improving vessel occlusion.
