04:40 PM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Peoples Financial Services ( PFIS ) and FNCB Bancorp ( FNCB ) Friday afternoon said their respective shareholders have voted to approve their proposed merger at separate special meetings, with Peoples Financial as the surviving corporation.

The merger closing remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, they said.
