PepGen Prices $100 Million Stock Offering; Shares Soar Pre-Bell

04:53 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PepGen ( PEPG ) said late Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 31.3 million shares at $3.20 each to raise gross proceeds of $100 million.

The company said it also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.7 million shares at the same price, excluding underwriting discounts.

The offering is expected to close on Friday, with proceeds going toward ongoing research, clinical development, working capital, and general corporate purposes, it added.

Shares of the company soared over 110% in Thursday's premarket activity.
