South Indian Bank posted weak Q2 earnings. The bank reported a net loss of Rs 187 crore. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Murali Ramakrishnan, MD & CEO, shared his take on the bank's performance and outlook. He said additional losses led to a higher loss in the quarter under review. On the positive side, he is seeing higher traction in retail, large corporates; SMEs have also started showing promise since September.

“Attrition in the industry is as much a headwind as it is a tailwind for us,” said Nitin Rakesh, Managing Director and Executive Director at Mphasis, in an interview to CNBC-TV18. Rakesh believes the industry is in the early stages of a tech investment super cycle. He also mentioned that the company is looking at opportunities to expand capability, competency to focus on the expansion of the addressable market.

Gateway Distriparks posted its Q2FY22 results on Thursday.

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, which owns online cosmetic brand Nykaa, will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on October 28. FSN seeks a valuation of around $7.4 billion in the IPO.
