06:23 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PepsiCo ( PEP ) said Thursday it has named Steve Schmitt executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Nov. 10.

He succeeds Jamie Caulfield, who is retiring next year but will continue as an advisor through May 15, the company said. Schmitt moves to PepsiCo ( PEP ) from Walmart ( WMT ) , where he's currently executive vice president and CFO for Walmart US, the company said.
