PepsiCo to boost stake in energy drink maker Celsius, Bloomberg News reports

Aug 29 (Reuters) - PepsiCo ( PEP ) is increasing its

stake in Celsius Holdings ( CELH ) through a $585 million deal,

Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with

the matter.

PepsiCo ( PEP ) had paid $550 million in 2022 for an 8.5% stake in

Celsius.

The companies did not immediately respond to Reuters'

requests for comment.
