Perception Capital Receives Nasdaq Notice Over Delayed 10-Q, Files Report

07:37 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Perception Capital Corp. III ( PFTA ) said Thursday that it was notified by Nasdaq on Aug. 26 that it was delinquent in filing its quarterly report to the Securities and Exchange Commission for the period ended June 30.

The company said it filed the report on Aug. 28.

The blank-check company said it previously filed a form with the SEC on Aug. 15 disclosing that it was unable to file the quarterly report on time.

The company said it is also facing the Nasdaq hearings panel over its failure to achieve a business combination in 36 months.
