04:47 PM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Performant Financial ( PFMT ) said Tuesday it has acquired RecordsOne's artificial intelligence technology assets to enhance its audit service offerings.

The company said it will integrate RecordsOne's automation and advanced natural language processing into its audit platform. The acquisition supports its long-term goal of achieving adjusted EBITDA margin of more than 20%, it said.

Terms of the transaction weren't disclosed.

Performant shares climbed nearly 10% in after-hours activity.
