12:08 PM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Perimeter Solutions ( PRM ) shares rose 10% in recent Thursday trading after the company posted better-than-expected Q2 earnings and revenue.

Earnings in the quarter ended June 30 fell to $0.14 per diluted share from $0.31 a year earlier, the company said Thursday.

A lone analyst polled by Capital IQ expected breakeven.

Net sales rose to $127.3 million from $76.1 million a year earlier.

A lone analyst expected $87.5 million.
