10:10 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Perma-Fix Environmental Services ( PESI ) said Monday it has been added to the Russell 3000 Index, effective immediately.

Membership in the Russell 3000 Index remains in place for one year. Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies, according to the statement.

Shares of the travel technology company fell more than 3% in recent trading activity.
