Permian Resources Starts Common Stock Offering

09:42 AM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Permian Resources ( PR ) said Monday it priced an underwritten public offering of 26.5 million shares at $15.30 per share.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the equity offering, along with a portion of the net proceeds of a concurrent notes offering of a subsidiary, to partially fund the purchase price for the recently announced acquisition of oil and gas properties, interests and related assets owned by Occidental Petroleum ( OXY ) .
