Perrigo Unit Closes $1.08 Billion Notes Offering

05:24 PM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Perrigo ( PRGO ) said Tuesday its Perrigo Finance unit has closed its $715 million of 6.125% senior notes due 2032 and 350 million euros ($389 million) of 5.375% senior notes due 2032.

Perrigo ( PRGO ) said it expects net proceeds will be about $1.08 billion.
