06:09 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Perseus Mining ( PMNXF ) late on Monday said its COO Amanda Weir has resigned to pursue other opportunities, effective July 2.

Brett Hartmann, Perseus' general manager of operations, will assume responsibilities for the operations while the company considers its longer-term leadership options.

Separately, the company announced the release of the technical report for its Nyanzaga Gold Project (NGP) in Tanzania. Also, Perseus is hosting an investor webinar and conference call to discuss its five-year gold production outlook, which is anticipated for release around 8:30am AEST on Wednesday June 11, 2025.

PRU rose 2% to $3.46 on the TSX yesterday, leaving it shy of a year high $3.61.
