09:45 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Perspective Therapeutics ( CATX ) said Friday it has priced an underwritten offering of 51.5 million shares at $1.51 apiece and pre-funded warrants to buy about 1.5 million shares for $1.509 apiece.

Gross proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close around Wednesday, are expected to be roughly $80 million, the company said.

Net proceeds are expected to be used for clinical development programs, expansion of production sites, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes, the company said.
