04:40 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Petco Health & Wellness (WOOF) reported Q3 earnings late Tuesday of $0.03, swinging from a loss of $0.06 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a breakeven result.

Net sales for the quarter ended Nov. 1 was $1.46 billion, down from $1.51 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.47 billion.

Petco said it expects a low single-digit decline in Q4 net sales.

For fiscal year 2025, the company now expects net sales to decline 2.5% to 2.8%, compared with an earlier forecast of a low single-digit decline.
