09:35 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Petrobras (PBR) reported Tuesday the expiration date results of the tender offers by its unit Petrobras Global Finance.

The payment to buy the notes accepted in the offers will be about $935.8 million, which will be funded with cash, Petrobras said.

The offers expired at 5 pm New York City time on Monday and settlement date is expected to be Friday, the company said.
