Petrobras Settles International Capital Markets Offering of $1 Billion, 6% Global Notes Due 2035

08:26 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Petrobras (PBR) said Monday that it has settled its international capital markets offering of $1 billion, 6% global notes due 2035 issued by the firm's Petrobras Global Finance unit.

The firm said it settled its offering on Friday.

The new notes will bear interest payments on Jan. 13 and July 13 each year, starting Jan. 13 next year, the company said. The notes will mature on Jan. 13, 2035.

Petrobras said it has offered six different types of notes to validly tender and accept for purchase and its subsidiary paid a total amount of roughly $918.4 million to holders whose notes were accepted for purchase.
