05:23 PM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Petrus Resources ( PTRUF ) on Tuesday said its board of directors declared a monthly dividend in the amount of $0.01 per share payable July 31, to shareholders of record on July 17.

The dividend is consistent with June's monthly dividend of $0.01 per share.

Petrus is a public Canadian oil and gas company focused on property exploitation, strategic acquisitions and risk-managed exploration in Alberta.
