PetVivo, ThinkEquity Terminate At-The-Market Offering Deal

12:00 PM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PetVivo Holdings ( PETV ) said in a Monday filing that the company and ThinkEquity mutually agreed to terminate their at-the-market sales agreement dated August 2023 for the sale of up to $2.5 million of common stock.

The company said it issued and sold 674,000 shares of its common stock under the agreement for net proceeds of $959,033 before termination.

Shares of PetVivo ( PETV ) were nearly 1% higher in recent trading.
