02:07 PM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pfizer ( PFE ) is looking to offload the remaining 7.3% it owns in Haleon through a share sale, according to media reports Tuesday.

Pfizer ( PFE ) will reportedly sell about 662 million shares in Haleon to institutional investors with Haleon agreeing to buy $220 million worth of those shares, according to Reuters.

The shares will reportedly be priced via an accelerated bookbuilding process.

Pfizer ( PFE ) and Haleon did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
