Pfizer Updates DEI Webpage to Focus on Merit

06:49 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pfizer ( PFE ) revised its diversity, equity, and inclusion webpage Thursday to focus on merit, reflecting broader adjustments by companies in response to the Trump administration's rollback of DEI policies.

The company renamed the page "Merit-Based Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" and added language highlighting a culture where success is driven by hard work, talent, and contributions.

Pfizer ( PFE ) also removed references to a 2023 racial equity assessment conducted by a third party, replacing it with updated messaging aligned with its new focus.
