11:20 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PharmaCorp Rx (PCRX.V) on Thursday said it is acquiring a PharmaChoice Canada-bannered pharmacy business in Western Canada for $2.4 million, with the acquisition is expected to close at the end of next month.

PharmaCorp currently operates three PharmaChoice-bannered pharmacies in Canada.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.01 to $0.47 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
