11:07 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PharmaCorp Rx (PCRX.V) said it has closed its bought deal public offering of 54.9 million units at $0.42 apiece, raising $23 million. This includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

Each unit consists of one share and one-half of a two-year warrant to purchase a share at $0.50.

Proceeds will be used for future acquisition opportunities and general working capital requirements.

PharmaCorp shares are up slightly, to $0.44, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
